SPRINGFIELD, MA … American Hockey League President and CEO David Andrews has issued the following statement regarding former Chicago Wolves forwardDan Snyder, who passed away Sunday night in Atlanta:


“The American Hockey League offers its deepest condolences to the family ofDan Snyder and to the Atlanta Thrashers organization at this saddest of times. As a Calder Cup champion with the Chicago Wolves, and with his success with the Thrashers, Dan was a valued contributor to his teams and his community, and he will be greatly missed."
